  • We offer a generous return period of 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns. We may provide replacement based on the Lubn One (1) Year Limited Warranty.

3. Return Process

  • We invite you to contact with the subject “Cancel order”.
  • In order to process and authenticate your request, please provide your receipt number that can be found in the order receipt email, the email you used for order, and the shipping address.
  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with further instructions, including the return shipping address and any additional requirements.

4. Return Shipping

  • For eligible returns within the return period, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  • Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging if available.

5. Refund or Replacement

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or replacement, as per your preference.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • If you opt for a replacement, we will ship the new product to you at no additional cost.

6. Refund Timeframe

  • The refund will be processed promptly upon receiving the returned product. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
