- In order to process and authenticate your request, please provide your receipt number that can be found in the order receipt email, the email you used for order, and the shipping address.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with further instructions, including the return shipping address and any additional requirements.

- For eligible returns within the return period, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging if available.
