REFUNDS BEFORE SHIPMENT
We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the product you pre-ordered from Lubn.com. We understand, however, that your need of the product may have changed while you are waiting for the shipment. In that unlikely event, we invite you to contact email@example.com with the subject “Cancel Pre-order”. In order to process and authenticate your request, please provide your receipt number that can be found in the pre-order receipt email, the email you used for pre-order, and the shipping address.
Once we verify your request, we will refund the pre-order downpayment to the original credit card used for pre-order. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process. If you opted-in our Pilot Program when you pre-ordered, your pilot status will also be canceled along with the pre-order cancellation.
