1. Program Overview: By participating in the LUBN Free LTE Camera Pilot Program ("Program"), you agree to the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). The Program offers eligible customers a free LTE camera device for a duration of 2 months, including free LTE data during this period and one-way shipping.
2. Program Goal: The goal of the pilot program is for internal research and debugging purposes. Your participation will help us gather insights and identify potential improvements to our camera devices and services.
3. Eligibility: To be eligible for the Program, you must meet the following criteria:
• You must be located in the United States.
• You must have a valid email address and agree to receive communications related to the Program.
• You must be a registered Lubn account holder and have at least one Lubn Smart Key Box activated with the Premium Plan or unexpired free trial in your account.
4. Candidate Selection and Device Allocation: Upon approval for the Program, you will receive a free LTE camera device. This device remains the property of the company and must be returned upon request if you decide to discontinue participation in the Program. During the 2-month period, you will receive free LTE data connectivity for the device. After the 2-month period, the LTE data service will be paused, but you can retain the camera device.
5. Usage and Restrictions: By participating in the Program, you agree to:
• Use the camera device for lawful business use only (e.g. self-guided tours, staged home security, store security, construction site security, etc.) and not for any illegal, harmful, or prohibited activities.
• Ensure that the device is kept in good condition and returned in its original state if required.
• Not tamper with, modify, or attempt to disassemble the device.
• Not share, transfer, sell, or assign the device to any third party without explicit consent from the company.
• Not use inside the rental property occupied by tenants.
• Not use to capture any images or videos of private properties that you don’t own or you are not authorized to manage.
6. Data Usage: During the 2-month period, you are entitled to use the provided LTE data for the camera device. The data usage is subject to the company's fair usage policy. Excessive data usage or misuse of the data may result in your participation in the Program being terminated.
7. Service Pause: After the 2-month free data period, the LTE data service for the camera device will be paused. You will no longer have access to the data services provided under this Program. However, you can continue to keep the camera device for future usage when LUBN completes the product iteration.
8. Feedback and Communication: You may be requested to provide feedback or participate in surveys or a phone interview regarding your experience with the camera device and the Program. Your feedback will help us improve our products and services.
9. No Warranty: The camera device and the LTE data services provided under this Program are offered on an "as-is" basis. The company provides no warranty, express or implied, regarding the performance, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the camera device or data services.
10. Termination: The company reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or misuse of the camera device or data services.
11. Privacy and Data: Your personal information and data collected during the Program will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
12. Changes to Terms: The company reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you through email or other appropriate means.
13. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.

By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not participate in the Program.
